Kingsford then continue to set keen eye on Singapore real estate market and successfully acquired Chuan Park in July 2022 through enbloc sale for $890 million together with MCC Land. The site could potentially yield up to 900 units comprising of various layouts.

MCC Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd was created in 2010 to undertake property development in Singapore and has since then developed 17 commercial and residential complexes, private condominiums, executive condominiums, and other real estate projects. Their sister company China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited which is a registered contractor with BCA, has helped to built iconic projects like Universal Studios Singapore, Resort World Sentosa and Maritime Experiential Museum.

With that, much thoughts and efforts have been taken into consideration and proper space planning for Chuan Park to ensure the quality of the end-product.
