Sales for the new home segment gained its momentum and soar high in June 2020 as compared to 7-years ago despite of various government instrumented cooling measures. Bulk of the purchasers are first-time home buyers and they seize the opportunity of discounts offered by developers and low-bank rates to finalize their purchase during this period.
